Primer Series - Student should be writing with a pencil fairly well.

3rd & 4th Grades:

Begin Aesop Series

5th Grade:

Begin Homer Series with Harvey's English Grammar Part I, and Poetry for Beginners A.

6th Grade: 

Continue Homer B, Grammar Part I cont., and Poetry for

Beginners B.

7th Graders & up who want to begin Classical Writing:

Start with Aesop/Homer for Older Beginners with Harvey's English Grammar Part I, and Poetry for Older Beginners.

OR

If the student has a SOLID grammar background and can parse and diagram consistently, continue to Diogenes.

8th Grade:

Diogenes:  Maxim with Harvey's Revised English Grammar Part II

Diogenes:  Chreia with Harvey's Revised English Grammar Part II cont.

9th Grade: 

Herodotus

10th Grade

11th Grade
